Youth Soccer League

Rec-level soccer for grades K–8. Focus on skills, sportsmanship, and fun. All abilities welcome.

Riverstone’s community soccer league emphasizes learning and fun over win-loss records. Teams are balanced by grade and skill level, and every player receives equal playing time.

Divisions

U6 – no goalkeepers, 4v4 small-sided
U8 & U10 – 7v7 with modified rules
U12 & U14 – 9v9 competitive but rec-level

Financial assistance is available — no family is turned away for cost.

What's the registration & refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date. Within 7 days, refunds are issued as account credit. If a program is cancelled by the district, you'll receive a full refund automatically.

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes — the Riverstone Recreation Fund covers up to 100% of program fees for qualifying households. Applications are confidential and processed within 5 business days.

How do I know if a class is cancelled?

You will receive an email and text (if opted in) at least 60 minutes before start time. Same-day cancellations are also posted on the sitewide emergency banner.

Is there a non-resident fee?

Non-residents pay a small surcharge (usually 10 to 25 dollars) that helps offset facility maintenance funded by Riverstone taxpayers.
